I've followed the guide to the last letter. Yet everytime I run world.exe I keep getting #2006 errors.

I had no errors when doing the GRANT ALL thing. Only thing is that it says "Query OK, 0 rows affected" which seems like nothing changed. I did it a few times and samething. It gave me the same message when I initially GRANT'd.
Now I'm at a total stop kuz I've double checked everything and it seems in check. Anyone know what to do from here?
