login server shows listening on port 5998 i use rof2

how can i change this and how to setup for private server? also my world server
that I created on here and is in my working server does not show up in the server list? any ideas? if the server is created it should show red even if the server is not running. or if I have had my server down for months does it get rid of the server in the list?
