well, this is completely off topic, but all you have to do is put the CD into the cdrom drive and boot it up. The CD should be bootable, so the install process will start automatically (you may need to change your BIOS settings to boot from the CD). During the install, tell it you're a novice. There should be some decent instructions in the RedHat guide in the box (assuming you bought the box set) that explain some of the options more (I'm a
Mandrake person myself, so I don't know the RedHat install all that well)
