Client versions

Does anyone have or can someone post a list of the client versions with respected patch dates. Like SEQ0A167 goes with ??/??/?? patch date and so on, but only since December's patch to current. Reason I need is I have too many versions now and since I keep backing up my versions to DVD my dates get erased or fudged up going back and forth. They are no longer accurate. Thanks.
