Setting up 6.1dr1+minilogin

I've been trying and trying again to get my server up.
Finally I got my client and server to match up.
I logged in selected my server.
Choose all my options for my new character.
Went to connect... Long pause "Server not responding" "You have been disconnected"

Bummer.

I used the 6.1dr1+minilogin tut but zone.exe was not there so (I
