Latest CVS windows compiles

FatherNitwit: Fixed VS.net projects and compiling.

But i get errors compiling in timer.h and timer.cpp. Looks that errors are in this line:

#ifdef WIN32
#include <windows.h>
#include <winsock.h>
int gettimeofday (timeval *tp, ...);

Any help apreciated.

PD- changelog looks awesome
