A couple of questions

Ok I am working on adding in some stuff to my server right now, and I have a few questions.
1) What is the easiest way to increase the max level to 70? I know I can change it in that one file, but Idk how to get it to work from there. Is there a command that you can put into MYSQL to do it?
2)How do I adjust the GM status required for certain commands? Would it be possible to add a limited form of the setskillall command that only goes up to 50 for non-GMS?

Any help would be appreciated with this. Now I just have to figure out how to use the D2 loot editor.

Use Navicat. Go in to the "rule_values" table and the "Character:MaxLevel" entry should be the 2nd on the list. Just set the "rule_value" to 70. GM commands are in the "commands" table and you can edit the required status.
