Limiting Monster Drops

I am still trying to figure out ways to limit how many items GeorgeS's d2 loot maker will give and someone suggested limiting the max number of drops a monster can have. Is there a way I can put some code into mysql to make it to where there can only be 4 additional lootdrops?
