need help with char

hi there ..im new here and have some problem...so plz if som1 can help me ..
im using eqdp rev 1589 and eqemu rev 1664 with bots my problem is when i create chat and enter the world i cant move and second problem is when i wanna create bot i got disconected ..dont know how to fix it so plz help me.
