Is there a way?

Is there any possible way for me to have 2 accounts logged into the 1999 server with the same IP address? I would like to play with my roommate, but we can't because my crappy internet gives every computer logged into the WIFI the exact same IP address. I tried resetting IP addresses and everything else I could think of. The games not as fun when I can't play with my friends.

Any advice would be great. thank you.
