Default Creating an account

Ok - i MUST be being slow here today.

How do I create the account that I am going to log on with ?
I have followed the walkthrough and cannot see anything i have missed, yet when i type WORLD FLAG FRED 200 I am told tha the account FRED or whatever does not exist. I have tried EQEMU and other but all to no avail.

Please can anyone point out my error as searchin this forums hasnt pointed me to a solution.

Thanks
Zace. :o

I'm having the same problem here. I followed every steps in ' Newbie Walkthrough for creating a Standalone LOCAL server using minilogin' of ednecro. When I entered the following command under the dos prompt: 'world flag eqemu 200' and I got the following message:

Account: eqemu does not exist, therefore it cannot be flagged.
database:SetGMFlag failed.

I tried to add 'localhost eqemu eqemu' into MiniLoginAccounts.ini but it didn't help. I've also added every database addon since version 0.3.6 (using the command 'source resource.sql' in mysql) and the problem still exists.

Do I have to enter the command 'world adduser eqemu eqemu_password 200' under dos prompt to explicitly add the account eqemu?

I'm sorry. I re-read the thread 'Newbie Walkthrough for creating a Standalone LOCAL server using minilogin' and found out that 'world adduser user password flag' did solve my problem.

Everything works fine now, except that the latest patch (11/1 ?) seems broke the eqemu and I kept being kicked back to server selecting screen :(
