be assured there is work going on we have just been having to deal with patch after patch

I've never been able to log into the GotFrags server. My laptop doesnt because of a proxy, and the fact that EQEmu does not currently work through proxies. But on my dad's computer that is running the proxy, I can't log in at all? What is causing this and how can I fix it?
