Unlock Server?

How do you unlock your server.. I've been having trouble with the boot5zone.bat thing I don't know which IPs to put in..

This works: (Everything connect)

start zone . dotserver.no-ip.org 7995 localhost
start zone . dotserver.no-ip.org 7996 localhost
start zone . dotserver.no-ip.org 7997 localhost
start zone . dotserver.no-ip.org 7998 localhost
start zone . dotserver.no-ip.org 7999 localhost

But no one can login it says you need to patch your EQ or something, including me.

This doesn't: (It doesn't connect)

start zone . dotserver.no-ip.org 7995 myip
start zone . dotserver.no-ip.org 7996 myip
start zone . dotserver.no-ip.org 7997 myip
start zone . dotserver.no-ip.org 7998 myip
start zone . dotserver.no-ip.org 7999 myip

My IP = www.whatismyip.com or www.ipchicken.com - Whatever I get from there I put it in the myip spot and it doesnt work.

Pentium III - 760Mhz
Ram - 512SDR
Connection - 128KB/Router
OS - Windows XP Pro
