Can anyone teach me how to use this?

Normally you would do start/run/cmd, then type telnet <ip address>, and you will get a terminal session to that IP address. What exactly are you trying to do ?

theres a program specificaly for eqemu telnet sessions, get on search and look for EQEMuConsoleConnector.

just try searching for telnet or eqemu console and look through those for it
