GM commands

Where can I find GM commands? for my server.
And how do I make myself, have every power to being an admin, for example giving people levels/items/ etc.

nevermind found them, but how do I become the serverOP? :/ when i'm in the game, i try to use #summonitem or wahtever, and it says your access level is not high enough.

Open the Command Window and type:

cd\eqemu

Then to flag someone, type:

world.exe flag <username> <access level>

10-Steward
20-Apprentace Guide
50-Guide
80-QuestTroupe
85-GM-Tester
90-GM-Staff
100-GM-Admin
150-GM-Lead-Admin
160-QuestMaster
190-GM-Coder
200-GM-Mgmt
250+-GM-Impossable

Of course, once your in game with that flag, you can just do #flag <access level> <username> to flag others.
