Difference in DR4 and other servers?

I just started trying EQemulator for a few hours now. I can get in the Legends and Prefered servers, but not the DR4 servers. (I think thats what their called, im new) I really want the non - legit servers, just to go around seeing zones I've never seen and slay some stuff. I've done the leveling to 65 grind, and looking for something different in the EQemu. If someone could tell how access these servers. If theres already a thread about this, if you could just link me there, but I didnt see any on the search.

Well, I can't speak for servers other than Benden Weyr[Non-Legit] ... if you can't get in there, it is likely because the maximum number of players has been reached (max is 12 because of my ghetto upstream bandwidth). You used to get a message informing you that you couldn't get on because the player cap had been reached, but that seems to be broken with the new login server and it just times you out.
