Default Removing Client from ip.. help!

Ok, so far I've managed to set up a server on my computer. Which is directly connected to the internet. On my computer which passes from the computer directly connected, to the hub then my computer. Ok now when I run the server, I see it on the server list and everything. The servers being run on the "Main" computer, the one directly connected. When I try to logon the server the following appears in "World"...

5726263 New client from ip: 192.168.0.2 port: 1138

Romoving client from ip:192.168.0.2 port:1138

On the computer I'm trying to logon is ends up giving me that 1017 error. But I don't think thats the problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
PS. sorry if its a little confusing.

### --- This file tells world.exe what loginserver to connect to.
### --- Leave the account and password field BLANK.

### --- Public Login is un-supported as is LAN playing. We recommend using the eqemulator.net Loginserver ALWAYS.

### --- NOTE: You can NOT use the word "Server" in worldname.
### --- NOTE2: the word "Server" is added to each server automatically.

People ARE able to log onto the server. I don't know if they go ld right away or anything. But I do know people can log on the server, I watched it on "World". The only problem is Me not being able to log on.. Therfor if I can't get on I can't really do much. Especially since I can't seem to get the Admin Tool to work. Not sure what they mean by database name and all that.
