How does a person go about getting this file? I know I have seen people in this zone on eqemu servers, but when I try to go there I get the YOU DON'T HAVE THIS FILE YOU DUMBASS message.

its a file that only GM and guides are supposed to have , asking for this file is considered warez (read sticky post about the rules thanks )
