0.6.0 DR2: Merchants

It seems i can't buy things from merchants anymore. They tell me: "Sorry, that item is for display purposes only". I have tried with different characters in different zones but it's not working. The problem disapears when i come back to 0.6.0 DR1. Hope you could help me
