need help from an ADmin

Im having trouble with my Host file change... it is not loading the server select right and when I change it it does but it says I need to patch... what do I do?

Need to patch?

Are you sure you have patchme at the end of the command line in your target line in your EQEmu shortcut?

You shouldn't be patching.
