Default I'm more then a bit confused

Ok guys, I'm a bit confused on what some of these code constraints, and what this code is accomplishing. What I'd ideally like is an EQ server that runs completely independent of any internet bound connections (a true LAN). I'm not sure that's even possible with the code i'm seeing currently.

I'd like it to be backset a bit (out of the Box EQ Evolution), for those who don't know, that's kunark, velious, luclin, PoP, and ykesha, and that's it for expansions. I want other computers to be able to connect to my server (but it will only be through LAN again). My hope is that updating shouldn't be a problem because I can merely distribute the evolution disks instead of running a patcher of sorts.

I tried following a tutorial from:
http://eqemu.sesmar.net/eqemu_6_1dr2/

I think it's from the tutorial section in this forum actually. Launching the World.exe I get a good string of things, some good, many bad. I'll attach a picture.

Any help or information on this would be appreciated. I would really like to get a LAN server running so I could ensure a quick, safe game of EQ the way it was. BTW, I was thinking about even going back to the older, Eq with just kunark and Velious. If that makes any of this easier, I'll settle for that.

Humbly yours,
Tenshi
