World of Elvora

In the begining, Elvora was a calm and peaceful place to live. Some people say that it used to be The Plane of Tranquility itself, but now that has changed. No one knows who attacked first, Rallos Zek The god of War, or Bertoxxulous, the god of Disease. One thing is for sure though, their fighting caused chaos throughout Elvora. Then one day, there was a stop to the fighting, Rallos Zek and Bertoxxulous thought it over, and figured things would be best if they made an alliance. So they did, and doing so created many creatures, including Elves, Humans, Ogres, Iksars, Giants, and many other creatures. Some of the creatures got along, others did not.
Then one day, The sleeping dragon Kerafyrm awoke from his Slumber. He noticed there where only two gods, so he decided to balance things out and had a son named Veeshan. He instructed Veeshan to find a mate, and have children, and the children will become gods. So he did just that, and Veeshan and Lady Vox had many children, even non dragon children like Mithaniel Marr. The World of Elvora was now balanced.
Most of Elvora was happy, until the day came when Rallos Zek's son Tallon Zek and his companion Innoruuk decided to place a curse on Veeshan that would put him into a deep slumber, just like his father. The two gods caused havic everywhere, burning forests, great fields of grass, and cities. They even tried to kill Kerfyrm while he was sleeping, but they didn't know he had a magical forcefield surrounding him, and where both locked into The Plane of Time. Kerafyrm did this to all of the other gods as well, letting their creatures roam free. Little did he know that cazic-thule had some how managed to escape, and started a dark alliance of giants, orcs, goblins, dragons, and anything else willing to serve him. Cities where destroyed, so all who opposed Cazic Thule fled to the coldest parts on Elvora. They soon found ice giants, and where forced to make a stronghold against them.
One wize wizzard named Vectus had an idea that would keep the ice giants away, and that was to burn a hole in the ice, so the giants wouldnt be able to cross over. Everyone thought he was crazy, so he had to do it on his own. When he was casting spells that made lava pour from his hands, he was clubbed in the back of the head by a gigantic ice giant. Vectus fell down into the hole, and finished his job. He soon died from exhaustion. A small dwarven rogue was out in search for food, and he noticed the hole, so carefully climbed down and found a note that said "Let those who wish not to end up like me take shelter in Vyyrn". This made no since to the young rogue, because Vyyrn was a Waterfall. He quickly moved around in the shadows, for he knew even if the hole kept the giants on one side, there where still a few left. When he came upon the monsterous waterfall, he noticed the water didn't look as real as the water in the river, so he put his hand through, and nothing was there. He took a small step into Vyyrn and noticed a big hole in the waterfall. He rounded up the alliance and they settled here. No one could come up with a name. Some thought of naming the city felwithe, after the old city made by the elves, but the young rogue showed everyone the note, and they decided on a name, Vectum Sanctus, a sanctuary from all evil.
