Cannot find Loginserver.ini

Hi, Im trying to setup a new public server 7.0 server on my computer. I am behind a router so I am following this guide http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka.php?wakka=NatFix

At the very end it says to go change some stuff inside your loginserver.ini but I dont have a loginserver.ini so.. Im woundering what to do XD any help would be great and yes... I have all the files installed and setup I just need to figure out this last part

Wow... I try it again without changing any of the settings and I can sucessfully log in from the public server lists...Ignore this post please lol.
