Default Dual core processor

Is anyone else running eqemu with a dual core? My friend is having trouble. I know that you have to open runfirst to get regular EQ to work, but since you need the shortcut to skip patchme, it goes to the live game.

If anyone runs a setup like this please let me know what you do

Just tested the emu and eq on my solocore intel processor. Runs very well onthe 17" laptop. Issues present on the dualcore procs are not present on the solore's, and that makes me happy.

I ran the program that was listed in that post. It starts to run EQ, but then a box comes up saying, Run Everquest.exe, but if I do that then I won't be able to use the shortcut.

Running eqeu-070-933 plus 12/15/06 peq DB minilogin on a:
Biostar TForce4 U (socket 939 no SLI)
AMD Athlon x2 4800+
4x512M Mushkin DDR-400 RAM (2G)
win2k sp4 + all update + HAL driver rollback to fix borked multicpu(no halt w/o)

which is now working peachily for me except for a few kaladim quests don't seem to be working although the perl code is there and appears that it should work...HTH
