Support::General Support Post all topics here having to do with errors while trying to connect to an EQEMu server but not about the setup/running of the Server itself.

Default losing items when zoning
I must have made an error some place when creating the server. The server is not saving. If I obtain an item, i lose it when I zone.

is there a setting a missed?

I had this issue with one of my earlier servers. It was due to me not making sure that I enabled the UTF8 style in mysql under the server instance config.

Mine was noticable as soon as you made a character. There were no starting items, and nothing stored on a character.
