cannot connect to login server

ok i suck dunno wuts wrong and im postin this on diff comp kus tryin to make server and minilogin on my laptop for LAN use when i try to load the world is goes to registered live and then when it trys to connect to the login server i get
[debug] [WORLD_LS_ERR] Could not connect to login server: TCPconnection: : connect<>: connect<> failed. Error: 10065

i prolly have the xml thing messed up i have my ip in the right places i think but its still tryin to reach the eqemulator.net server if som1 could maybe help plz do thx =p
