Summoned spells not staying

Hey,

one of my users came across this on my server that when I logged on his account for him and summoned a bunch of spells and put them in his spell book they all worked and were there after camping and zoning while I was using it then I logged off and changed the minilogin ip back to his computer and when he logged in found the spells were gone. Are they saved locally?
