Default Having an odd problem

Well 2 to be exact. First is when running the game most of the time it'll start in windowed mode. So I know that either from the start at the log in screen I can use alt+enter to put it into full screen or wait and do it once I am in game or also go to options once I am in game and select full screen. But what happens most of the time is that even though it's in full screen when I move the house to the left it shows the game cursor and then when I move it to the right it'll show the cursor is out of the game window as if it's still showing it in windowed mode. And then clicking the right of the screen will minimize the game. So there's the first. I am running a dual core intel processor with Vista64 bit. Far as I've read vista64 bit more then likely is not the cause. I've downloaded and installed a fix as posted here and the problem is the same. It could be related to the graphics card (drivers are up to date). I am iffy about messing with the processor as my luck is never good. But whats the worst that can happen eh?

2nd problem I am fairly sure it is related to the first. Most times when switching to full screen either from alt+enter or using the option in game, I'll get an error about reset failed. I press ok and then game shuts down. Well there's no real other choice other then pressing ok. I am going to try messing with the processor and try that last fix. *crosses fingers*
