Default NPC Corpses despawn immediately

I have been populating SoF zones and have worked many many days on this content... I have quests put in place, mobs spawned all over the zones, loot tables put in ect ect...

After doing all of this work I decided to test the scripts... They work perfectly. I then decide to see how the drop rate of the quest items are... So I go and kill a mob and it instantly despawns upon death... !? It has a loot table on it... I can see what it has for loot via #npcstats - but ... It still despawns upon death? I even added into the rule_sets to wait 6 minutes before empy corpse despawns, and still did not change it.

Is this a known issue.. or?

My team and I have populated many of the zones post Titanium, in the hope to get our server members to start playing on their SoF clients... This is a major problem for us.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

He was probably using #kill instead of #damage. #kill will not give you killed merit.
