Default Weird LoS - Help Needed

Ok, for one zone, the arena, when I force a mob to spawn (quest::spawn(xxxx,0,0,95,315,-5) he is in #los and able to be fought. However, if the npc moves at all he then loses LoS and can not be attacked/targeted.

Now, the location is exactly z = -5.81 but it appears even with that spawn exactly as that it doesn't fix the problem either. #bestz provides 0 as coordinate, but that doesn't work either.

Any thoughts? I just downloaded arena.map from the latest revision, to ensure its up to date but I'm still having that problem.

Also, when mob is moving he appears to "jump" while pathing to me.

Your map file is probably for the old arena and you are using the new one. You would either need to switch to the old one, or need to make a new .map file using azone on your arena.eqg file.

I did isolate this to it only happening on the Arena floor. If a mob goes on a turned over cart, the pedestal in the middle, there is no problem.

We have the new arena layout and downloaded the map from the current rev for maps.

Well, i believe we're on the new arena. Its the one with the pedestal in the middle, with the soulbinder/skeleton and book right beside him
