petetion for multiple computers on a single ISP

Hey, im a new member who recently downloaded eq to get back into the nostalgicness of it. me and my two roomates were really excited to be able to play it but found that only one of us could log in at a time.

asking online i found that only one account per IP can be active unless i "petetion for multiple access"

i couldnt find a petetion forum so i made a post here, could i please have access for three computers for my ISP?
