Default completely tech dumb here

Can this emulator be used for easy fast exp and get insane cash. Then once you have it does it transfer to the regular EQ servers? Just was wondering because if you can not do that why would this program get your account banned?

No, this is completely separate. You can get banned because it is against the EULA to use any 3rd party programs with EQ, including emulators.

yeah two whole other things here, theres no way to get stuff from emu to eqlive... and there is no way anyone can tell your playing this unless you tell someone your account name or char name on your eqlive server, or blab that your playing emu on eqlive, cause yes the GM's can read what your saying privatly :p.. they just need a reason to listen :p... so less you blab about it, most likly you wont be caught.
