Default I can log in... others cannot

I am running "the matrix" server. I can log in, but when my buddy tries, he crashes right after selecting the server, he is running HoT, so am I. Here is a screenshot of my port forwarding so you can make sure its right. Also, is there an easy guide to server variables or "setting up" your first zone? Do you use a program or just edit DB? Thanks.

What am I missing? Can anyone else log in to "The Matrix" server?

Try this port range. (From FAQ) I would try but i only have EQ2 on my work computer.

My server loads up and I can log in from my LAN, but everyone outside of my network gets disconnected when they try to connect to the server.
Make sure you have Port RANGE Forwarding setup to forward ports 7000 to 7500, 9000 to 9000 and optionally 9080 to 9080 to your server's LAN IP Address.
