Default fixing dual-core issues without getting blocked?

So... I'm having a mountain of dual-core related issues with EQ Titanium. I thought that, after restarting the game roughly eleventy million times, I had finally come to an acceptable solution. The animations weren't stuttering anymore, I wasn't warping anymore, and I had given up on the window focus issues in fullscreen and settled on just setting the windowed mode resolution to my native resolution minus window borders and taskbars. All I have to do now is settle a few nagging UI issues and... BAM, my IP is blocked.

My question is this: is there any way that I can log in and out as many times as I will probably need to in order to fix my 1000 year old EQ client in Windows 7, without getting banned?

Guessing you are playing on a specific server like P99 when you are talking about being blocked like that. You should bring up your issue on their forums, not here. We don't support individual server issues here.

If you aren't playing on P99, then you could always upgrade to the SoD or UF client and say goodbye to your multi-core issues and trying to support a 7 year old client on a modern PC. The newer clients don't have those issues.
