RoF Client Missing Files? List?

Anyone have the list or direct me to a post of missing files for Rain of Fear (RoF) client?

I am asking due to the PlayGuide, http://www.eqemulator.org/wiki/wikka...akka=PlayGuide, states there are missing files. See the 4th note, which provides a URL RoFMissingFilesList, http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka...ssingFilesList (actually has /edit) that is a non-existent page, "This page doesn't exist yet. Maybe you want to create it?"
