Default ROF2 Client Slot 30 and 31 causes desyncs

Has anyone seen the Inventory Desyncronization of Slot 30 and 31 in the ROF2 client. Seems if you put anything in those slots, it dupes them.

I am running the latest Source and DB updates.

Yes..as well as any bag slots over 10.

If you're running with GM on, just remember not to put items in those slots.


EDIT: Are you getting 'actual' dupes as per your database entries?

Does it not happen if you are NOT flagged as GM? Whatever I put in the slot, it dupes the same item. For example, level 7 ranger spell Skin like wood, I put that in either slot, after a few seconds, I get desync message and have that same item on my cursor.

If you have GM off (#gm off) it will only show the inventory slots we support. I guess if the toon is flagged GM the client doesn't listen when we tell it has 8 inv slots. (I think you might have to zone after toggling)

If the items are showing in slots General 9 or 10, one of your desync messages should be in red saying that the desync failed.

This just means the client 'thinks' there's an item there..but, it doesn't exist on the server because those slots don't exist yet.

Camping or zoning should clear those..if that's the case (it's been a really long time since I tested any of that.)

its no problem, I put something in that slot by accident on my gm toon, and noticed it
