After i hit "Play EQ" on server screen, i get an i

I push the play everquest button once ive hilighted a server, then i get an everquest has performed an illegal operation message and has been shut down.
If you have any ideas of what will help EMAIL ME PLEASE (vandal28@hotmail.com)

I cant play EQW or Regular EQ
