Code: Consider Corpse Update

This isn't a "amazing" release, but it's still better than having the old message! Anyways, this just adds the ability to consider a corpse and see how long is left until it decays. Should be of some help on the legit server more than the others. Enjoy!

This release is for 0.4.2-DR1, but if you read my changes file you can add it to a 0.4.1 world manually.
