Default no servers listed on LAN server

Having probelem with zones, I think. When you login to my eq server, there are no "servers" listed. Minilogin.exe, World.exe, Boot5zones.bat are executed int that order.

If its realted, Minilogin.exe & world.exe display the following error:
[LoginConfig] block not found in LoginServer.ini.

-=LoginServer.ini=-

[LoginServer]
loginserver=localhost
loginserver2=localhost
loginport=5999
loginport2=5999
worldname=ForsakenRealm
worldaddress=localhost
locked=false
account=*****
password=****

[WorldServer]
Defaultstatus=
Unavailzone=

[LoginConfig]
ServerMode=Standalone
ServerPort=5999
UplinkAddress=
UplinkPort=
UplinkAccount=
UplinkPassword=

Any ideas?

Did you edit your db.ini file to specify your database name?

Yes. I have copied loginserver.ini into the original post.

In addition, my computer's paritition table died over the weekend, so I had to re-install windows 2000 from scratch, but I am still having this problem.
