[Database] block not found in DB.INI. - grr....

This is the error that World.exe keeps giving me, but I don't see what it's talking about - here is the text within my db.ini file:

# READ README.TXT!

[Database]
host=localhost
user=textremoved
password=textremoved
database=eq

### --- This file tells world.exe what computer mySQL is on. Host should
### --- be left "localhost" unless mysql is on a differant computer than world.exe.
