Help with connecting

Okay I got everything up and running. I try to connect to my own server through gotfrags and it is a no go. I had someone else connect and it worked fine. Help me out. I am doing something wrong.

Okay I just tried to use minilogin on my windows box and was able to login with that. So any ideas would be great. Thx.
