Upgrade 4.3 to 5.0?

Hello,
I've been away from eqemu for a while, but I'm back now and ready to go again. The latest version I had running was 4.3. Is it possible to upgrade that to 5.0 and have EQ still work? I haven't live updated since 4.3 was the current version way back in march.
