error 10053

I amusing the 4.4 version of eqemu , and I am using the newest minilogin avabile ... when I run the world server.exe I get 'Bad Server Name' the server name is mystic. then I get the 10053 error. I switched the ports on the logingserver.ini to 5997 ..since thats the one that eqemu is using. Should I use the 5.0 cvs release with the newest minilogin
