Noticing some bad data collected on 9/12/2003

I came across some items that have incorrect data values in the AC field. Most have values that should be much lower. e.g.

http://www.eqemulator.net/item.php?i...guNjcxNTY2NDM= is 122 but should be 26

If you do a query on items with AC > 100, you get about 38 records with what appear to be bad values. All were collected on 2003-09-12 17:54:00. There may be other items collected at that time with bad data. I've not had time to completely analyze it yet.

Any ideas about how extensive the problem is or what caused it?
