Hosting a server =-What do i do wrong-=

I want to host my SERVER on the net so ONYL my friends who have my IP Can join (not hosting on eqemu) Here is my Login. ini

I used the URL because i just made the dynamic dns server on dynDNS.org for free (Tell em if i should just change this to my externel IP)

and what should i put in my Eqhosts? It currently looks like this

Well thats it. And im gettign error 1017 when connecting. HELP PLASE what am i doing wrong? i followed everyquide perfectly =( Should i change everything to my Externel instead of the URL? I just tried url now, when i died externel it dident wory anyway =( GRR please help meh!
