Character Disappearing in 5.6

I was wondering if anyone else was having characters just completely disappear from the database in the 5.6 version of EQEmu. I've had this happen to me twice now, where a secondary character is just not there when I come back to the game later in the day. The character is still in the backup, but some how it's getting deleted from the main character_ db. Maybe he de'pop's with his items. I don't know. :p
