Default Willing to host for someone, if they help me

Hello,
As many of you know, I pop in and out frequently.

I got another computer, and a new laptop. the laptop can even play EQII!

I play SWG and EQII on Sony, and have the all access pass.

I recently got EQ Trilogy, and I want to log some packets and make a server or get an existing database.

I have access to Live, and I am planning on making an up-to-date server that is cool and fun for all.

I have a 6 Megabit download and a 4 megabit upload line.

My server is running Windows Server 2003. I have 1 gig of RAM, a P4, and a 180 gig hard drive.

I want to partner with someone to setup a server for the community, and for clans.

I also play Guild Wars (a game by NCSoft) if anyone cares

Anyhow, I am interested in setting up the server.

I also have Visual Studio .NET 2003 so I can make optimal tweaks where needed (like a message of the day or something, logging, pearl, whatever)

I set up a server before but had no mobs and only 8 players.

I am going to plan on having at the most, 50 people on it, because it is only a bout a 3.5 gigahertz processor.

Thanks everyone.

PS: I am not really a n00b, I am just trying to get an oppertunity to partner with someone more experienced with the game, I am experienced with Lineage II, C++, and web design, but do not play EQ origional that often.

Oh yeah, server is for EQ Trilogy.
