3 of 3 accounts used??

Hi all,

Not sure what has happened but I created this account a long time ago with a view to playing but never actually got around to it. Anyway i have just tried to create a log in account and it said that I have 3 of 3 accounts already used, even though I never played it. aAnyone have an idea what I might have done I don't remember any accounts ever being created, there are none written down in my PW book except the one for the forum. Any help would be appreciated.
