Default Placeable Object

I have been around for awhile now fiddling with my own server for friends. I havn't posted until now because every question I have had until now I could find with search.

I can not find any documentation/tips on how/if you can set certain placeable objects. I found the tradeskill ones and succesfully placed a birdbath but..

I am using Arena as a player hub and want to set up some merchants behind a merchant stand. Like the two merchants in PoK on the west wall between guild lobby and bazzar. Or the counters they stand behind inside buildings. Are these placeable or part of the zone?

The Counters and Stands are part of the Zone, non movable or insertable unless you create a custom zone using Openzone and give it the Arena Name, then it can have what you want in it.

Well shucks Wally.
That was my guess. I seen a few placeables in EQEmu Guidebook v1.3 listed as models so I thought maybe I would get lucky. I don't know that I'm ready for OZ just yet so I guess I pick another hub or just let my NPCs just stand around. I picked Arena because of the openes, simplicity and only one NPC that I would keep anyways.
Thanks for the reply Aramid.

Actually....
I was just looking at OZ and it doesn't look that bad. Think I'll give it a go.
