eqemu error: bad username\password

Ok, When i run everything i fixed all my errors but im getting bad username/password error. I used my sql username and password. Ih have windows me. I also tried to run minilongin but it when i load my chars up i get sent back to the server selection screen any help would be greatly appreciated....................
